Paid extra to have it shipped in the 24 hours, paid for it on the 9th of December, got an email that it was being shipped on the 22nd. Got it on Christmas Eve. Awful timing! Doesn\u0027t hold a charge, cannot connect to the internet. The whole thing is a mess. Cannot get a hold of anyone that works there. I leave messages, emails and to no avail. The live chat is a joke, either cannot connect because they are closed, or they are busy assisting other customers. I am thoroughly upset at this company! Buyer beware.
