Was charged for my ordered the day after, never received the order or any contact. After three weeks I use the helpdesk chat. Was told that the Holidays cause shipping delays ... IN OCTOBER!!!! They gave me a bad tracking #, then the correct one. Only status on it (even 2 mo later) is that the item left the warehouse. After 7 weeks, I fax a refund request (4 Dec). No word from them at all. No refund. 8 Dec, I email asking status, no response. 13 Dec I email, asking status, no reponse. 16 Dec I use the online chat and get told the payment was refunded 13 Dec. However, no credit on my card yet, as verified exactly at that time. Then they say it takes four days to post a credit.
Even though I gave my email and phone number during every correcspondence, I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. I had to initiate all contact. The only thing they ever did, it seems, is charge me $60.
I will never deal with them, and will tell everyone I know to stay away.
