I apologize for the inconvenience with the confusion about sending a coupon as a gift. However, your feedback is very much appreciated. When selecting the "Send As Gift" option and completing the transaction, the gift recipient will receive an email notification regarding the gift that was sent. Though the gift sender does not receive an email confirmation, the gift sender is able to locate the gift that was sent via the OnSale account.
I will forward your concern to the proper department in order for proper review and possibly implementing what you have suggested.”
