I sent this to Bait n Hook some time ago. And the fact I am publishing it here, you can tell I had no resolution!

"Very bad experience. Communication was haphazard and poor. Credit card payment apparently wouldn't work so I had to arrange an international bank transfer. The product was put in an ridiculously oversized box which cost extra to ship internationally. One reel was underspooled with line. One reel was dispatched with the drag cranked up tight causing the washers to compress and deform as it was in transit for a long period. I have since had to replace the washers. And then to top it all off, my credit card was charged months after the purchase with an un-authorized withdrawal. It has only been refunded in part and my last emails chasing it have again, been ignored.
Bait n Hook has quite possibly been my worst ever on-line shopping experience. I have gone out of my way to tell other fishermen not to use them. And if my unauthorized charge is not refunded immediately I will be posting my experience on every fishing forum and shopping review site I can.
