Called CS after seeing order had not shipped a week later. I was told warehouse was out of stock but they would send item from their retail store. A few days order still has not shipped. CS tells me they can\u0027t track anything after they request it from a store, but they assure me it will arrive before Christmas. As of Dec 29th the order says canceled, but CS says its on the way. They lied to me to keep me from canceling the order.
