Prices aren't always the best, but the service is great and shipping is FAST! They also generally have the largest selection of parts.

I purchased an XSPC X2O 750 dual bay pump/res from SVC, and when it arrived the box had been severely indented on one side in-transit. When I opened it, I discovered that there was no packaging on the sides, which is obviously what led to the indentation.

I contacted shipping@svc.com and was pleasantly greeted via by David Wing, who, in addition to notifying his packaging team about the incident, offered to personally package a new one to *my* standards and include a return label for the previous one. I discovered through testing that my pump was not damaged and the reservoir does not leak at any corners, joints, or fittings, so I thankfully did not require a new unit.

I work in a Lean department, where every process is customer-driven and defined by the customer's definition of value, and must say that my experience with Mr. Wing was the BEST customer service I have ever received. I am extremely happy with my product and continue to recommend SVC as one of the most satisfactory computer-related retailers in the US.
