Everything seemed perfect since all items that i wanted were in stock...come to find out after several days of checking my status order that it was not shipped because 9 out of 10 items were NOT in stock. My payment was processed but i was not notified of this mishap. Not even my order memo section was updated to notify me of this issue. I have tried over and over to get a hold of them but to no use. i finally got a hold of some one on chat and the service is lousy. promised my a refund that i have yet to see.
