The MP3 player I ordered recently was not functioning properly; newegg promptly sent another upon its return to them. Unfortunately, the 2nd player worked but not to my satisfaction. I called and they said that they would give me a refund. I've been extremely happy with the service provided by newegg each time I've ordered from them.

Ordered a Tokina lens online; item arrived in 2 days nicely packaged. No phone calls; all around an exceptional purchasing experience. I certainly will buy from them again. I believe they may be the same as 17th st photo.
