They have an outstanding customer support department and they have responded to every email promptly. <br><br>I had a problem with my equipment I ordered from them and contacted the manufacturer. I didn\u0027t hear back from them and still haven\u0027t so I proceeded to contact PC Alchemy. I didn\u0027t expect anything and just wanted to let them be aware about this in case there were similar cases among customers. It turned out that I was the only one and PC Alchemy offered to fix the problem for me.
