As a college student, it is common that I will have a stack of textbooks all of which have came from different places. After 5 months of classes it is very hard to remember which books I had purchased and which books I had rented. I rented a textbook from them one semester. I never received any kind of reminder that my textbook was due, so understandably, I forgot. Randomly, 4 months after the due date I received a letter in the mail from a law firm claiming I owe them money for the book I never returned. Had they simply sent me an email reminding me to return my rental, they would have their book. I am assuming this is how they do their business: preying on college students who will more than likely forget to return their book and insisting they buy it. Shady business. I will NOT be doing business with them again.
