Xoticpc has far better customer service and warranty whereas I felt buying from Sager directly I was left in the desert after buying a 2000$ laptop.<br><br> Xotic\u0027s follow ups and 2 year international warranty shipping really made the decision for me on laptops that are this expensive. I\u0027ve never received any dead pixels or low quality products when dealing with Xotic!
