I sent daily emails, sometimes several, requesting status. Previous dealings were flawless (January 2009) and tech support was great. This laptop was a \u0022refurb\u0022 but arrived dirty and with tape and tape residue on the case. A case of hurry and push \u0027em out the door. HDCI proves that good companies can go bad. I hope these guys can turn it around and again be a trustworthy company. I like their products and prices. Would I buy from them again? Not right now but I\u0027ll be watching.
