5/5

I spent about 6 months looking for a good site to buy a quality laptop from and found many sites such as Voodoo PC, Overam, and the common brand name computers, but I wanted something special. I was looking for a laptop that would last a few years but not cost too much. By too much, I speak in relative terms. After looking at Voodoo computers, I was used to seeing computers for about $10,000, so I didn't want to spend that much even though the computers were really nice. So I continued looking and found AVADirect. I went on the site, looked at their selection of computers, read their ratings, and decided to go with them. One thing that really made it nice was that if there was something wrong with any piece of hardware in their test runs, they would get a new piece or a brand new system. Because it took about 5 weeks to ship my computer, I guess there was a lot wrong with it. But once the wait ended and I got my computer, I could not be happier. Their tests run true and I have seen nothing that even resembles a problem. I give it my own tests and finds that it can do everything that my desktop can do, but better. All throughout the process I was in constant communication with the people at AVADirect about where my order was and there were patient with me and gave me loose shipping dates to look forward to, but when I look for my next laptop, I will be going to AVADirect again.
