DO NOT BUY FROM YESBUY. They have TERRIBLE customer service. We ordered an item on 12/16, and never got a tracking number as promised. I emailed and asked for a tracking number -- no reply.
Finally after calling a few days later, I got a tracking number. The item finally arrived on 1/7 -- BROKEN. We returned the item for replacement (with an RMA) and confirmed via UPS tracking that the item was received by them on 1/21.
On February 4, I asked where the replacement item was. No reply. I emailed again on 2/12 and they replied: "Dear customer, We don't have the replacement item you want and we already process your refund. Thanks"
So how was I supposed to know this? And no refund has appeared on my credit card account. UNACCEPTABLE from start to finish. Avoid YESBUY like the plague.
