When I tried to install the drives, I found that the eight screws holding each enclosure together were IMPOSSIBLE for me to remove (very, very small screws, in VERY tight). Searching Google, I saw that many others have experienced the same problem with these enclosures. So...I tried to contact Coolerguys to ask what I should do next. I sent THREE emails, I left FOUR phone messages, over the course of two or three weeks, but I never got any response of any sort.
