I placed two orders for printer drums advertised as "new, in box." One order was filled with a re-manufactured (not new) drum. The other was filled with a refilled toner cartridge (not a drum at all). It has taken two months, two complaints to my credit card company, and countless calls to finally get a refund - then they shorted me $17.67 on the refund (which AMEX has again intervened on my behalf to get the remainder of the refund that is owed).
