Also did not come with advertised tool for replacement. Company did not actually sell what it states on its website. Returned item. It is now 5\/7\/2012 and I am still waiting for a credit to be issued to my card. VERY POOR customer service. I do not recommend this company: bad merchandise and bad service. Buy at your own risk!<br><br>5\/8\/12: The credit that I was issued was for only 1\/2 of what I paid for the order -- I was charged a restocking fee for returning an outdated battery that didn\u0027t arrive with the replacement tool. “I apologize for your frustration. I do show your refund was actually issued on the 2nd of May. I also show the refund was revised to a full refund on the 7th of May.
