I love KEH. I have been buying lenses from them for years and am sure I will continue to do so.
However, there are a few things that could really be improved.
1. Online ordering is problematic. Actually, it doesn't seem to work at all. If bought through PayPal, they don't even get the order for a couple of days.
2. There is often times a long lag between the order and the ship date. These days we expect it to go out the same day, not a couple of days later.
3. On the website it would be better to list one lens and then have all the different variations of that lens listed below it (w/caps, w/marks, etc.), so that the lens is only listed once. This will make it a lot easier and faster to find the lens you want on the website, instead of having to load so many pages.
These are minor problems for me, but hopefully will help KEH to improve their service.
