After 3 frustrating business days of trying to get my order validated and numerous emails and phone calls where their responses all repeating the same script to be patient as it takes them one business day to conduct the verification I asked for a supervisor. I was left on hold the first time for 40 minutes and I called back and was left on hold for another 30 minutes. I was told that the wait time was due to the fact that there was only 1 supervisor and they were on call. So after the second wait I hung up and called back to cancel my order. It seems as if this is the only thing the customer service staff is capable of doing. I don't get it. You pay all that money to have an online store, hire a staff in the Philippines to take the calls and the only thing they can do is cancel orders. How does this business model work? Save yourself the aggravation and shop somewhere else.
