Over a 3-4 year period I purchased merchandise from B&H and have never had a problem. Fast service, great communication. Recently I ordered an cd player form then and it wasn't what I expected; I asked for an RMA # to send it back.
They were quick to oblige. I returned the piece and the amount was credited to my bank account. Based on my experience with B&H I have to say that they are a top notch company. It's a pleasure doing business with them and I will continue to do so.

Very satisfied with this American Musical Supply. My factory sealed amplifier arrived a couple of days after I placed the order and it works perfectly. I will give first consideration to AMS on my next musical supply order.

Order was shipped fast. Best price of HDMI cables I've seen anywhere. Definitely, keeping a bookmark for Blue Jeans Cable

Good mail order company, imo. Iodered a Drive EA30VR amp. It arrived two days after I had placed my order (I live in MA and amp came from NJ). I returned the amp because it had a bit of hum to it, not bad, but still enough to annoy me. I had it replaced by a Vox Valvetronix AD30VT. Again, the service was FAST. I am pleased with this Vox amp, and SameDay Music did their part well. I was prompty refunded for the Drive amp after they had received my return. I will look to SameDayMusic again, if I should decide to buy music related electronics in the future.
