I ordered an electronic download of software several days ago, I uploaded proof of eligibility twice. It was received but never reviewed. I sent three emails asking what the hold up was, never got a response, other than one email saying my order was waiting proof of eligibility despite their own website stating that they had what I had already uploaded on file. I have canceled my order and asked them to remove me from their mailing list. I do not know what happened to them but they are not the same company I have dealt with in the past.
