I received exactly the same response as kat565, word for word. I was told the order was in the process of being shipped but a week later, got the message saying that the supplier was unable to supply the item and that I would be getting a credit around August 30. It's Sept. 16 and still no credit; therefore, they have had my money for 5 weeks now. I continue to send e-mails but never get a response. I am currently in the process of starting a dispute through my credit card company. And what makes me angry is that i9wholesale has the use of my money and I had to pay my credit card bill, otherwise I would have been charged interest. This is out and out theft.
