My experience:
I think all these positive reviews must be fake. My experience so far has been terrible. Ordered the PC on December 12, received it January 7. Would not boot upon arrival. After troubleshooting, turns out a hard drive cable was not connected. Fixed that, and moved on to the next problem, which was the fact that they included a RAID card inside the PC that Windows does not have a built-in driver for. After many emails unanswered, many forum posts unanswered, and many phone calls, I still do not have the drivers I need. At one point, I asked a support person (when I finally got someone on the phone) where the drivers are, and he did not know. Told me to contact the motherboard manufacturer, who is based in KOREA and has no phone support for US customers. (I did email them, but as of yet, no response.) So far, CyberpowerPC has referred me to page C-10 of my motherboard manual (does not exist), and told me that the MSI Drivers & Utility disk is bootable (it's not), and that Windows XP contains the drivers I need (it does not). I think pretty much whatever gets you off the phone is the right answer.
I have made about 6 phone calls today alone, still no help. Before the day is over, if a solution is not found, I will get an RMA.
Don't bank on their "30-day warranty", because my 30 days were almost up when it arrived, and that story is typical.
For the *real* story, check out their own support forum:
http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/forum/forum_topics.asp?FID=37
There are some real nail-biters in there, including such topics as "don't buy here", "shoot yourself first", "dead rig after 5 hours", and my personal favorite, "a new low for Cyberpower", which details how Cyberpower had a fellow's negative review removed from ResellerRatings.com by saying he was never a customer!
Or their BBB history, which shows a lot dissatisfied customers. How many companies do you know that are terrible, but still have a great rating with the BBB? A lot. Now imagine how bad this company must be.
You can also check out their PCWorld "On Your Side" section, where Cyberpower is famous yet again:

Good luck.
*** 5/9/09 UPDATE:
The short version is that I ended up sending my PC back to Danny at CyberpowerPC. He acknowledged that the PC had problems since "day one" (his words). He read an error from the Windows log file and that error message dealt with the BIOS, which I pointed out made perfect sense, because they had installed a Beta version of my BIOS. He implied that I would not be supported unless I bought a copy of Windows Vista directly from them, and at that point, I asked for a refund. He offered only a partial refund, and I said fine, that I would dispute the remaining amount. At that point, he tried to blackmail me by saying if I am going to file a dispute, they would not give me any refund at all. I took the refund and filed a dispute anyway. I am not impressed with Capital One so far, as they completely misunderstood my mountain of documentation, so I expect to lose my disputed $90.00. When I lose it, I think I will file a complaint with the California Attorney General and the BBB. I'm going to show these people they cannot cheat me and walk away with my money so easily.
*** 6/24/09 UPDATE:
The credit card charged me back the $90 I disputed. I did not receive a letter of explanation. I will now be filing a company with the California Attorney General. This has become one of the biggest hassles for any purchase I've ever made. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
