I called the company only that their phone has been disconnected. The online site indicates that they no longer deal with customers over the telephone. So I e-mailed them on 7\/29\/03 and again on 8\/11\/03 regarding this issue. I have still to hear a word from them. By the way, Micron told me that I had to go through the reseller to fix this problem.
