While visiting relatives in FL, I saw a Brandsmart ad in the paper offering a Denon AVR-591 receiver for about $60 less than the lowest price I had seen anywhere else, online or brick/mortar. I decided to stop by one of their stores in West Palm Beach. Having not shopped at a Brandsmart before I was skeptical that this low price was some sort of a come-on and that they would be conveniently "out of stock" and try to sell me something else at a higher price.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a number of units in stock and rang up the advertized price. They did not try to sell me an extended warranty, cables, or other accessories. The next day I received a copy of my invoice in an e-mail.
All in all, very good service at an outstanding price.
On a related matter, I had submitted web quote form to Brandsmart before going to the store as they did not show an online price for the item. I have yet to hear anything back a day later. Somewhat of a moot point since I bought it at the store.

I've generally had good mail order experiences w/ Frys.com. However, I ordered a Logitech webcam on 11/29 and am still waiting as of 12/9. No tracking number is shown but it was marked as shipped the same day it was ordered and my credit card was charged on 11/30. An e-mail to customer service went unanswered. After about 20 minutes on hold yesterday I was connected to a CSR who claims the order was shipped by the FedEx-to-PO route. She gave me a USPS tracking number which shows as not found @ USPS.com. Claims it will be delivered on Saturday but I'm very skeptical. Meanwhile, the item went on sale @ Best Buy for the same as I paid @ Frys.com and has no rebate required. Very poor shipping and customer service.

Bought a ThinkPad Essential Port Replicator. Was a bit leery of the very low price, free shipping, and lack of recent reviews of this merchant. However, the item arrived quickly (although no tracking number was sent) and was new in the retail box. Works perfectly.

Order filled and delivered quickly. Product exactly as described. Website could use a lot of work to allow you to narrow down choices more easily.

Purchased a 20.1" widescreen LCD (2007WFP) on Thusday and it was delivered on Monday morning. No problems with ordering or delivery. Good discount using Dell coupons bought on eBay.
Purchased another monitor back in August 2005 and had the same good experience.

Two days to ship item, which means free 2nd day takes awhile. An RMA request for the item took 3 days to process. Then it was another 5 days from the time ZipZoomFly received the return until my refund was posted. They have good prices but seem to be somewhat slow in every area compared to some of their competitors. They used to be better.

Ordered a USB 2.0 4-port PCI card and a USB cable, both at very attractive prices. Was expecting a bare, OEM card but in fact got a retail-boxed version with driver CD. Entire order was handled fine.

Ordered a Seagate Travan drive at a fantastic price ($115). Order was processed and shipped quickly. Tracking number provided immediately.
Shipping was a tad high and UPS took its time with delivery. Item arrived and works just fine.

Ordered an ATI video card to complete a system. As always with newegg, order was turned around quickly and shipped (free) via FedEx Ground. The tracking information is provided quickly.
I have built several systems with parts from newegg and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. On the occassions where I have had to do an RMA, I have had no trouble getting a replacement or refund. This is one of the best companies that I do business with. Prices are very good overall and service is top-notch.
