I placed an order totaling 57.26 which was paid through PayPal via the internet. I have yet to receive the merchandise that I ordered and it has now been 90 days since the order was placed. I have corresponded with the company (copy of emails below) and have been given various reasons and tentative dates that the product should be shipped out all of which have passed. I have also contacted the company 3 times in the last 10 days and they are not responding to my emails. I reviewed some of the company ratings by past customers and this company seems to have a history of these types of practices.

Since I was willing to give the company a chance to fulfill the order, I waited past the time at which I could peruse PayPal for a refund. I did this in good faith in order to be fair with the company as I know things happen with the best of companies.

Generally when a customer contacts a business about the status of an order that has been placed, they receive a response from said business. This makes the third time I have contacted your establishment this week with questions about this order which was placed on February 2nd and I have never gotten a reply. I am still waiting on these items, please advise of eta. If i do not here from you in a reasonable amount of time, i will feel compelled to take additional measures in order to get my money back as well as filling a formal complaint on your business. I am extremely sorry for the delay in getting your order to you. We are expecting the backordered items to start shipping out today from the manufacturer so we will be receiving a large number of shipments in the next few weeks.
