Originally, I was going to buy an HP laptop until I found PowerNotebooks.com. I soon learned that you get more bang for the buck so I bought the PowerPro R 11:36-675 laptop. Donald made some recommendations for me so it fit within my budget. He was very helpful. I'm very pleased that they offered a 3 year warranty with lifetime labor and 24/7 domestic phone support. The first week I had a minor problem with Windows 8 not loading. I spoke to Zolton in customer service and he troubleshooted and solved the problem. The Intel Rapid Store Technology just needed to be updated. He's very knowledgeable and was very patient with me. I haven't had any problems since. My laptop is fast and works great. It's also very eye appealing. It's glossy black with a blue lit keyboard. Very sharp. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I'm going to stick with PowerNotebooks.com.
