    i have tried to cancel this order SEVERAL time using the online form located at http://ssl.jackssmallengines.com/contact_us.cfm. Which
    have been ignored. Now via another email you tell me it is not available. So basically my $$$$ has been sitting
    in your house since 7/17/2012 I bought a similar item for less $$$ and it has already installed in my
    machine. This as taught me that I can NEVER order something from ANYONE unless the
    IN STOCK COUNT IS > ZERO. You also say that I will be a refund in 5+ days. What a joke. Parts
    Tree is better than you and will not be shopping here any more.

    Please, you know there to place your vacuous apology... without a expedite
    refund it is just smoke.

We should have replaced it with the OEM and shipped your order immediately - our apologies.
