I stumbled on their site and I\u0027m very glad I did!! I bought a right angle Firewire but due to a website misprint the cable came the wrong length. I contacted USBFirewire.com, they apologized for the misprint and asked me to select any cable that would do the job. Due to the length I was looking for, it took two cables to do the job. They sent them both out with no charge! I was shocked at their dedication to service! I have four battery packs and one charger (1.5 to 3 yrs old) all doing very well!<br><br>Old review:<br> I ordered items from 3 different stores on Tuesday. On thur. and fri. I got my stuff from the other stores. BatterySpace charged me the most for shipping at $10.61. It was to be here today, (tue. of the next week) UPS is now saying thur. because BatterySpace filled the order late. Tracking is also very poor. UPS sends the shipping notice so searching old email for batterySpace only got me my confirmation number. I used BatterySpace\u0027s \u0022track order\u0022 using the confirmation number in the correct space on BatterySpaces website. That took me to a blank UPS page where you need to enter the UPS tracking #. I would have thought my UPS # would have filled on, but no. I did find the old UPS notice in my email and found the \u0022rescheduled\u0022 delivery. (I\u0027ve never seen that before unless there is a very big storm) BatterySpace does say \u0022orders may take time to fill\u0022 I get that, not a problem.
