I Made an order from the UK through the USA Victoria's Secret web site. When the item finally arrived I was charged a further £18 because not enough postage had been paid on the item. I contacted Victiria's secrets to inform them of their mistake but the only responce I received was "Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser", I replied informing them that this was not an import charge but an under-payment on their part, I have not had a reply. I just think it's a bit amateurish not getting the postage chare right and then denyig responcibility when it is pointed out. It added 50% on to the cost of the item ordered.
