I am never ever going to use Mixbook ever again!!! Their software is extremely unreliable...for example, after completing my project and reviewing my work, everything appeared great! However, I got an email stating that my project was
'put on hold due to photo generation errors"....so i fixed the problem photo. And then I received another email telling me that AGAIN my project was "put on hold due to photo generation errors". After so many emails back and forth, I proceeded to just call a representative and ask that my project be sent just the way it is now, as this is a 2012 calendar for which now I had lost a WHOLE MONTH!!!!! After the representative saying okay to this request, I then again got another email telling me that once again my project was "put on hold due to photo generation errors".....arghhhhhhh!!!!! I cannot believe how a company does not have enough coordination in their customer service department to get this right!!! I am soooo sooo fed up with this company. And to top it off, they are not willing to reimburse me for any inconvenience!!!! arghhhh.....never ever ever using Mixbook again!!
