I have had it with the Auto Parts Warehouse service team. The service is TERRIBLE. I said before that I would never do business with them again and again they show me why I shouldn't. I purchased an alternator in October 2011 with a lifetime warranty. Prices were excellent, but it took 45 days to get my core deposit refunded. Now that alternator is no longer working. (That's fine, parts do go bad) But I called to get a replacement under warranty, the service rep assured me that I would receive it on Tuesday. I also paid $19.99 for overnight shipping (Which was charged immediately). Tuesday 5pm comes and I still don't have the part. Again I contact customer service and they tell me wait until 7pm. 7pm, I contact customer service again and they tell me the vendor didn't send the part out..... (they didnt know this at 5pm?) The agent tells me one will be shipped and I will get it Wednesday and be refunded for the overnight shipping. Wednesday comes and again, no part. I get an email and the tracking number says it wont get here until May 8th. I don't understand what is going on there and why shipping my part is so difficult. I hope I never need to contact Auto parts Warehouse again. Dealing with them results in very difficult situations.
