All-Battery.com Order Confirmation #299369. I purchased item T-333 Universal Battery Checker for $11.03 with shipping cost of $6.80 for a total of $17.83. I assumed that the tester would show battery voltage but it only showed if battery was good or bad. I did get a RMA # to return the item for a credit of $11.03. So I would be out $6.80 shipping plus whatever it would cost to send the item back. Now common sense tells me that I would get right at $5-$7 back for an item that was and still is misrepresented on their website. I would not have lost any money period if the item was correctly stated that it DID NOT show voltage. So I'll keep my $11.03 useless item as a reminder of their great CUSTOMER SERVICE.
