Recieved Computer on 4/12/2007. Unpacked it and tried it 4/13/2007. Computer did not work. Called Tech Support, on line for about 1 hour, could not get it to work. Was told to send it back, and they told UPS to pick it up at the house. Shipped by UPS on 4/17/2007, three day shipping it is now 4/22/2007 and UPS still has not delivered to Vigor Gaming, Yet.
Vigor Gaming have been very nice on the phone, but I am disappointed computer would not work.
UPS has not been so nice, they have lied twice and delays are not acceptable in this case.
05/02/07-Update-Received computer back, was disappointed computer would not work again! Called Vigor Gaming, was told to push down on CPU cooler and it started working! I guess the CPU was comming loose in shipment, which is not Vigor Gaming's fault.
Everything is working fine now. Vigor Gaming called the next day to see if every thing was okay, which I thought was very nice.
I am now happy with the new computer, and would buy from them again.
