I placed an order with SurplusComputers on the 11th of December. I ordered 3 items. On the 16th of December, I got an email saying one of the items I ordered was not in stock and they are canceling it from my order and refunding the amount of that item(BTW - the item still shows as in stock on their website). They did not however, refund me the shipping cost for that item. I should not be charged shipping for an item that never shipped!! I emailed them a response on the 16th regarding this issue and as of Dec 29th have not heard back. I can only assume they are going to keep my money for an item they never shipped. Very bad and slow customer service! I will not be ordering from, or recommending this company.

I have ordered toner cartridges from FutureComputers several times now, and they have always arrived quickly, correctly, and with free shipping too! Like others have noted, they don't have the biggest selection, but what they do have is priced very well. I will continue to buy toner from FutureComputers

Over the past several years I have ordered thousands of dollars of products from Newegg. They are by far the best online retailer I have dealt with in this time. Their prices combined with great customer service and competent tech support make them the best choice.

I didn't find this place listed on resellerratings.com before I ordered, but I figured it would be worth a try. I ordered a battery for an older Compaq laptop. It arrived quickly and was packed well. Good price and low shipping cost. I would order from here again if the need arises.

Looking at the few reviews previously posted here, I was hesitant about ordering from Multi-com, but I'm glad I did. I needed an additional redundant power supply for a Compaq server that I have. I wasn't exactly sure about the model number on the power supply, so I guessed and ordered the part. It arrived overnight, as I had specified. It turned out, however, that I had ordered the wrong part. After emailing their RMA department, I received a reply within an hour with an RMA number and shipping directions. They cross-shipped the correct part number after I supplied them my return tracking number. I have not yet received the correct part, but I am very impressed with their service during this transaction so far. Unless I make a followup post, you may assume this transaction went very well. Check these guys out if they have what you need, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
