Excellent price, excellent product, excellent shipping process (item arrived 10/3/2012 MORNING, less than 24 hours after order placed).

The only thing I would say the order confirmation email actually arrived AFTER item has arrived in the office, approximately 24 hours after ordering... this should be immediate after the order.

ordered some pillows on 9/17/2012, still not shipped out 9/20/2012 (week days).

heard its going to take a super long time to ship, request cancellation if not shipped out today.

7 days after they charged my card, my order still haven't shipped out, and no email from them.

emailed them, got a reply 2 days after telling me item was out of stock. canceled.

These guys was able to reply to this rating in 1 day, questioned my ratings. While my other order is still pending unshipped for 6 days.

on 11/22/2010 I ordered this IDE adaptor. then I received the wrong item a week later, I called and shipped the item back, was promised a replacement item will be send via invoice # CS-1278607 on 11/30/2010.

3 weeks on 12/20/2010 later I have not received the item, i called and was told the item was OOS at the time and was again given another invoice #CS-1280970

1/5/2011 I called again telling them I have not received the item. They said they will file a claim with UPS.

2/17/2011 I called again and was told the claim was denied, I asked them as to why it was denied when there were no signature, they do not know nor care. I asked them to file another claim to ups asking for proof of signature of delivery.

3/9/2011 I called again and was told the 2nd claim was never filed, and was promise it will be filed.

3/23/2011 I called and was told the 2nd claim was denied. I have email transcript of ALL chats with the reps, and have repeatly asked for refund, the company simply denies.

Finally after filing a complaint against them with BBB, they refunded my money after 6 month of wait and hassle.

on 9/28/2009 I ordered a barebone computer from Tigerdirect using ebillme (direct deposite). on 10/1/2009 I realized that even though the product shows available online, its actually partially not available (1st call to find that out). When the product (part of it) arrives, I promptly refused the product and they processed it.

On 10/10/2009 I called Tigerdirect and I was told the check would be send on 10/11/2009.

on 10/15/2009 I called again and was told the check would be send on 16th.

today, 10/23/2009, I called and was told the check was send on 16th, however I have NOT received anything in the mail yet.

very poor service when I called. reps acted as they didn't care, and when I asked to talk to manager I was put on hold for 10 min and hung up.

so now i'm out $200+, almost a month of my time, countless calls.

NEVER order from Tigerdirect again.


Edit: 10/24/2009, 1 month after ordering, I finally got my refund check, but only $181 instead of $211 I paid...
will have to call back AGAIN to get the rest of my money back.

UPDATE: 10/26/2009
call 8:39 am talked to Micheal, found out shipping charge has to be APPROVED before they send out a check (2 more weeks).

refund for memory was only send out on 10/25/2009 for whatever messed up reason they have.

HORRIBLE SERVICES, YOU ARE WARNED, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

been a long time shopper at amazon.com.. as always, good product, reliable, and great shipping speed.

price is usually good, it may not be the best prices available online, but its usually very good that its worth it to pay a bit more for Amazon's reliability. excellent support and warrenty, dealer pays shipping both ways for DOA items.

Purchased 4 Sonicare toothbrush on 9th, received today on 11th... amazing shipping speed.

excellent price, product is good but had some problems, so send back for replacement shipping paid by dealer both ways. Excellent service and support! great response time replying the email, and the representative was very supportive and understanding. very personalized support that is extremely unusual from an online retailer these days. A+++

ordered a picture frame for someone's birthday, came defective, was told to ship back at my expense. I asked for a refund because a replacement won't come in time for birthday, and was charged $5 restocking fee... contrary to their return policy

bad, mean customer rep...
