“Can't believe how bad the customer service is for a company of this size. They initially only credited me for 2 of the 3 items I returned, and instead of refunding my credit card they issued me some kind of gift card. They also tried to bill me over $20 for the return shipping. It took about a dozen emails to get the issues resolved since all of their representatives are in a foreign country and do not seem to understand english very well. Still haven't received the refund as they stated it will take 14 days (wtf?), so if it doesn't show up I'll just file a claim with my credit card company. I'll only be doing my purchasing in-store when it comes to Macy's from now on. I can't imagine Macys.com will be able to stay in business long when sites like Amazon are out there who have superb customer service.”
