Horrendous, never do business with these people under any circumstances, particularly if you need your order promptly. I needed new headphones before a long trip I was taking on January 8th. Could have gotten them from Amazon, but read good things about TheCameraBox, and since they were in Brooklyn and I'm in New Jersey, I figured shipping would be no problem. I spoke to a rep on December 30th, who told me that the headphones were in stock and would ship Tuesday morning because of the holiday, and that shipping would take 1-2 days, so I ordered over the weekend via google checkout. By Friday the 6th, the order had not arrived. I checked my credit card and had no charge from TCB. I checked their website; they had no record of an order from me. Google checkout was able to confirm that the order had been placed, but for whatever reason TCB had not bothered to process it. I called them that day, but since they go home early on Fridays (because theyre very professional), I wasn't able to get anyone on the phone. I left a message explaining that I no longer had any use for the product I ordered and that the order should be cancelled because it didn't ship in anywhere near the timeframe described. Today, 1/11, I received an email saying my order had just shipped and would be received tomorrow, despite my attempts to cancel. I emailed the camera box to ask why this had been shipped when I left very clear instructions to cancel the order; I have yet to receive a response and doubt I ever will. Overall, about the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. There's more professionalism and accountability on ebay. Do not order from these people.
