My daughter received a pair of Sketcher Australian Boots from her grandpa and they did not fit. We had the receipt any everthing and the \u0022lady\u0022 that wasnt even the original person helping me, refused to exchange them cause she said they were worn. They were not worn they obviously didnt fit!She continued to call me a liar and cursed at me telling me i can leave at anytime. I was in shock , my two children were with me and couldnt believe the way I was being treated. Contacted corporate and they were no help either! We will never return to another Famous Footwear ever again!
