Within 10 minutes after placing the order, I decided to order more items in order to get a bigger discount. I sent them an email asking to cancel the order so I can order more to get a bigger discount. I didn\u0027t receive their order status until 10AM the next day. Two hours later, they sent an email telling me they can not cancel the order since it was shipped. That went I checked the order status again and saw they charged me the full amount without the $20 coupon discount.
