At the time the order was placed you were advised that the warranty of those items is covered by US and not the manufacturer
It is very clearly stated on the site that ALL items purchased on our website are NEW and Authentic
We do not provide a certificate of authenticity as it was not provided to us with the items – purchases were made on May 2011 or before and nothing was communicated to us in this regards during that time period.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide this certificate but as mentioned previously and as posted on the site – ALL items are new and authentic and we stand behind that statement.”
