The ordering process quick and easy. Received my order well ahead of the anticipated delivery time. Very pleased. I did however have a problem with the battery, as it did not seem to want to charge. I tried twice over a two day period. I telephoned BattDepot for some help. I only got voicemail as no support was available. I left a brief message informing them of my circumstance and requested a call back. It is now 5 days later and I still have not received a call. Very poor service!! In the mean time I managed to figure out the problem myself.
