USPS cannot track packages once it has been released from customs. I still have not received my jacket, and my local post office has not knowledge of it arriving. I will not be ordering USPS again. “Yes, I agree with this customer, things do take more time than they once did to reach destinations in Canada. It is not traceable after it leaves the US and the delivery times are no longer reliable like they once were. We are told it has to do with random inspections on cargo entering or leaving the country through customs. But right now, there isn't a viable alternative other than UPS which we DO offer. But it is expensive and most people won't buy that option. Sorry, no excuses OR good answers to this one... Paul, Owner”
