WOW! I had called and ordered a lens cap replacement directly from Pansonic-twice. Panasonics parts and technical support were no help. Both times I received the wrong part. My third attempt was with NWV Direct. I ordered what I thought would be the right part for my camera-again it didn't fit. I called their toll-free number. The gentleman asked me to get the camera, read off the numbers on the FRONT lens area, explained that I needed a 46mm cap-not a 52mm. No one at Panasonic had asked me that very important question. He immediately placed the order and emailed me the confirmation.
I can't thank the team member at NWV Direct enough for his professional, courteous help and for taking the time to solve my problem and order the correct part. FIVE STARS.
