The charger and memory card arrived on October 23rd,after I finally inquired about it. The camera came on October 29th again after I inquired about it. I have not received the camera starter kit that was supposed to be included with the camera purchase. 5 emails and 3 phone calls to get the complete order? When can I expect the starter kit? The latest email from fotoconnection said I have to fill out this review to get my starter kit. Here it is, where is the camera starter kit I should have gotten with the camera several weeks ago? Follow through from your costumer service department is very lax. Thanks for your time.
