The CSR I spoke with had a pretty thick Arabic? accent but was very nice and helpful. The item was backordered but he assured me that I was next on the list. I went ahead and placed my order anyway. We\u0027ll I was emailed my tracking info the very next day! The item was delivered the next day after getting my tracking. So within 48 hours of placing my telephone order for this hard to get backordered item it was at my doorstep!
