Through Brads Deals, I found a beautiful Trinity Knot Necklace that I wanted to get for my teenage granddaughter. Using my credit card, I bought it on October 18, 2012. On October 29, 2012, I got an envelope in the mail with a packing slip (in case I wanted to return the necklace) a thank you note and an advertisement for more jewelry, but no necklace or any other jewelry was in the envelope. I have posted a dispute with my credit card and will get a refund. There is no excuse for this. I will never shop there again. I normally always check reseller's rating before buying, but neglected to this time. On the packing slip, my order number is 1. There is no invoice number, but there is an Item number and a manifest number, a vendor number, sku number, and literature codes.

I got a separate confirmation message for each item that it has been shipped,but it does not mean that the items are shipped. Rather, the entire shipment is held until all items are confirmed and then everything is shipped together. Misleading! Also, I received one CD that had the correct inserts and label, but when I played it, the CD had an entirely different band on it. I couldn't believe it. I don't think Tower.com buys from reputable places if this can happen. It is just today, 3 months later, that I was able to get a complete refund on the fake CD I returned per their instructions & RMA back in December. This was the absolute worst online purchase I've ever had and I've purchased online thousands of times, literally.

I have been ordering from Amazon.com since 2003. I have purchased from just about every category. In 2005, I just started using the year long free shipping for $79. I always look at Amazon first, especially their Friday Sales, before purchasing elsewhere. I compare prices and never pay retail. I have never had a problem with Amazon, even with returning items. I don't work for them, nor any way associated with them! I love their service. My items get here faster than any other online store, and I do a lot of online shopping. I rarely go to a Bricks & Mortar store anymore, with all of the coupon codes online to use. Also, I am very careful with the online stores that I give my business to. They must have a high rating and/or I've had good experiences with them (or recommended by people I know and trust). I would not hesitate to do business with items sent by Amazon.com. Make sure you are dealing with Amazon.com directly because a lot of businesses use Amazon to advertise and sell their items. Check their feedback on Amazon.com before ordering from them or you might be in for a bad surprise. Also, check the reviews of an item that Amazon.com sells before buying. If everyone who ordered received it broken, move on to another item. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amazon to anyone, even my elderly Mom.

I bought a complete PC system from Puget. I was skeptical at first, because Puget isn't a member of the Better Business Bureau, but they do have a good record with the BBB. I was also leery of buying from them as they are located in Washington and I am in Alabama. I found a lot of reviews here at ResellerRatings for them and after looking at many other boutique pc sellers and Dell, decided to go with Puget.

My main computer gave up the ghost about 6 weeks ago, but it took me that long to decide what I wanted and to choose the place to buy.

Puget doesn't push $$$ parts. In fact, the first system I submitted with my budget stated, they suggested a system that cost less than I configured but was still within my budget. It was then that I realized that I might be able to trust Puget on a high-end system.

I looked *everywhere*. Many of the other places have bad records with the Better Business Bureau.

Jon was very helpful answering my emails quickly. He left messages on my voice mail, at my request, when I was on a trip. I was able to add/change a few things two days after submitting my order. Jon and his staff make purchasing from Puget a pleasurable experience.

Puget offers a wide range of computer parts to choose from. Also, on their site they have information about the parts. You can choose a system from their specifications or custom build your own or a combination of both.

I got my order today and am very pleased. I highly recommend Puget Custom Computers. I will definitely buy from them again. They make shopping for a computer a most pleasurable experience.
