“Placed an order for a 8GB DDR3 ( 2X4GB) memory kit. Received a 4GB ( 2X2GB ) kit in mail instead. Called customer service and informed them about the mistake. They told me that they cant give me the 8Gb , It was a mistake on their side but they are unwilling to give me the 8gb at this price, SO they will just take their product back and give me a refund.”
“I placed an order for this book, and since I read the reviews from other buyers I called and verified to make sure I am going to get both volumes, but They only sent me the first volume and when I called they said return the book and order again or we can give you a 50% discount and you can purchase the second volume elsewhere.
“I ordered a logitech squeezebox boom from thenerds.com on 4/27/2009. On 5/7/2009 i hadnt received the product yet, so I called the customer service to inquire, they said that they will call me back. I received an email 20 mins later that the item is on back order so my order is canceled, I went to their website and it showed that the product is in stock and ready to ship, I also called their sales and they said its in stock and they were ready to charge me and ship it. So I called the customer service again they mentioned that its not in stock, when I explained that the website and sales dept say that its available they said that now its sells for 50$ more and they are willing to sell it to me for 280 instead of original 230. These people didnt honor their sales and canceled my order and were willing to sell it to me at a higher price, I will never shop with them again, I assume they dont care.”

“I ordered 2 pieces of PC memory on Oct 2nd and it was back ordered , today after 21 days they just cancelled my order. and this is the explanation "The product specifications inaccurately indicated the package included dual memory modules, totaling 2GB of memory. The product specifications have now been corrected to reflect one module and 1GB of memory. Because of this error, your order will be cancelled" They punish you to wait for 221 days and then they cacel your order becasue of their TYPO. I knew its not wise to shop with Best buy and I have always heard they have the worst customer service, I guess it was my own experience. Will never shop with Best Buy again”
