However, dealing with the staff at Tape 4 Backup was very easy, and they were very helpful in changing my order from the \u0022out of stock\u0022 items to comparable \u0022in stock\u0022 ones. I received the order very quickly (3-4 days) and am very pleased with what I received. For me, the \u0022unbelievable\u0022 deal I was getting on the tapes downgraded to an \u0022excellent\u0022 deal as it cost me another $60 for the changed order.
