I purcahsed a canon rebel digital. Order was fine, however 3 (minor) problems.

1.) They have a heavy sales pitch on the phone when you call to confirm the order. This is fine, as I did purcahse the warranty extension as I am clumsy and this camera is plastic and I would break it.

2.) They don't have an automated way of tracking the orders online so you have to call to track status

3.) It takes 24-48 hours to 'prepare the order' i forget the term they use for it, but other companies can ship in 24 hours and do same-day shipping if you order before 3pm.

I would order again.

Order was shipped fine, arrived next day air, this order shipped through the cracks, but newegg went out of their way to fix the problem.

Ordered an entire athlon64 system. They did not have the Asus K8v motherboard I wanted, so I had to use another reseller. Website ordering was fine. Still waiting for delivery confirmation, and no problems thus far. I really liked the photos on the site for the hardware, but they need to carry more varieties of enermax power supply.
